3rd February 2010 - GEST Director and co-Founder Dr. Jafar Golzarian shared his insight in the international professional press this month, commenting on the rapidly changing field of embolization and offering his five-year forecast in January’s edition of Endovascular Today.

The January edition of Interventional News also featured Dr. Jafar Golzarian commenting on resorbable embolization, a collaboration with two other GEST 2010 Faculty Members, Dr. Alexandre Laurent (France) and Dr. Keigo Osuga (Japan). The article addressed resorbable microspheres, in vivo evaluation of resorption and more new developments in this field.

Another highlight of GEST 2010 will be the international participation. “GEST has proven to be a very fertile meeting because of the large international collection of experts and key opinion leaders, especially from Asia,” said Dr. Golzarian.
